Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 8–14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped. During peak periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ElevateLuma is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ElevateLuma is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@elevateluma.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elevateluma.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
